Kudos to another great post, wish I could have been there with you to share! I have a question about head; how much is too much and what does pouring without head do to a beer? I noticed your pour was quite “heady” and I’m guessing, as you’ve had quite a bit of experience, that was no mistake.
Also, THANK YOU for giving banana some props! I quite often pick up banana in Belgian beers (Omegang being the first one that comes to mind) and my friends think I’m nutz! At least now I’m in good company…
