I do know you have a thing for the Gueuze, and that's a great choice! Similar to the Deus (maybe) try the French Kasteel Cru, brewed with champagne yeast. Last but not least, I thought maybe a nicely done chocolate stout like Young's might do the trick as well if you have to celebrate. Very good post!
