Excellent commentary. I’ve recently realized the same thing. This past weekend I got a little tipsy after drinking a couple of 6%ABV beers. I realized that my tolerance was basically gone, as I had replaced large quantities of watered-down stuff with single servings of really tasty stuff. Frequency & Quality have replaced quantity.
