I come from Cornwall in the UK and one of our local breweries has some great named ales. A fave of min is the "Ginger Tosser" i have put an extract from their website below. You should try and get hold of some .. you will love it. Designed for red-headed pancake tossers (of course! What did you think the name was referencing…. shame!). Originally created to aid the celebration of Pancake Day, now a permanent fixture among the Skinner’s stable. This is a lovely hoppy golden ale, fused with Cornish honey, gives this session beer a superb round finish with a hint of ginger. ABV 3.8% We use them in the beer gifts that we send out Sounds like a great beer. That color is gorgeous too. Is it a hazy in appearance, or is it just the look of a chilled glass? I love that label; How’d you flatten it into a picture?
