On a spiritless note, you can get interesting results when mixing Brittany cider, chouchen (or possibly other types of mead) and Blonde bear. Writing this I realise that it might be hard to find in the US, but well.

I tried it with Casadores Añejo, which I bought from Costco, and it was great. I think, however, that I didn’t use quite enough IPA. Next time, 6 oz. it will be!
