Ooh, will be adding this to my list. I made a wicked good salad last year with the DFH Apri-hop in the salad dressing and as the beer with that course. I’d be happy to share the recipe.

Looks amazing Wench, thanks for the recipe. I made something very similar a couple weeks ago using a Pliny the Elder homebrew clone instead of the DFH. You’re right, the hops add bite! In a good, sort of painful pleasure way that is.. I didn’t add the butter though. I’ll do that next time to smooth it out some. Good stuff!
