They are the owners and brewers of awesome craft beer in Ranch Santa Margarita. They are currently ranked as one of the best breweries in Orange County and won some metals for their beers, as well as high praise from their fellow brewers. When they are not brewing they both enjoy riding bikes down the trails of RSM as well as surfing the coast of southern California. Although, Evan and Ross are serious about brewing quality craft beer, their personalities shine the most when they are seen joking around with each other, friends, and customers. Never a dull moment, these two feel craft beer is made best when enjoying life and having fun. When it comes to appearance ladies (and some men) will be quite impressed.
