What is your “official” position with Oakshire?

What is your favorite beer from Oakshire?

I don’t know that I could pick a favorite. I usually drink the newest Single Batch Series Beers, like the most recent Big Black Jack Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Porter. If none are available, I’ll take Watershed IPA.

What is your favorite beer and food pairing?

Waterzooi and Cantillon Iris. Of course I have to be enjoying it at Spinnekopke in Brussels.

If you were a style of beer, what would you be and why?

I would be a Flemish Red. I’m a beer that’s bit different from most others,a little sweet and a little sour, but very approachable to a wide variety of palates.

And last but not least, what does craft beer mean to you?

Craft beer is small, independent, and traditional…wait, that’s someone else’s answer. Craft beer is beer that’s made with love. No that’s stupid. Craft beer is about passionate people who care about beer, give beer it’s proper place among a group of passionate people, and who aren’t afraid to push the limits of what most people think beer is. Craft Beer is beer with flavor.Flavors that are thought of the same way a chef would plan out a gourmet meal. It’s beer that’s made with a brewers hands and is always improving. Craft beer is ….. ok I guess that’s enough.
