You should hold some kind of ongoing challenge in which Columbus locals refer themselves or their friends to you for a night at the pub and a matchmaking session. After it rages across the blogosphere, Food Network will pick up the format with you as the host, which will spawn several spin-off specials, DVDs, and book deals. Do it.
