Maybe you and your Mom should sample them together since she's a lager lover. Then you could both report to the sister. An "All in the Family" review of sorts. I'll be sure to check it out. Have you ever read The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan? He spent a lot of time on a small market, sustainable farm in VA as part of the book, and it really shows how they (and others, presumably) have sustainable agriculture and livestock wired. I could just picture that along with an organic hop farm and brewing operation thrown in. Great to see a sustainable farm move into brewing. I’ll be sure to check it out.

Lagers are not my favorite, either, but I was very happily surprised at how drinkable their dark lager was. The food, however, was INCREDIBLE. Ok, I gotta go call my brother and sister now and "suggest" they send me some of this for my upcoming birthday... Truly a kick-ass gift from a kick-ass individual!
